Such a great cover guys. You are seriously tight, great players, and SWEET SWEET vocals. Steele Dan isn't easy to cover and you guys REALLY NAILED IT!

You really can't fault these guys because they're all great musicians and this sounded damn good BUT a huge part of what makes the original of this song so great is Fagens phrasing and vocal inflections which were missing here. You remove those and there's nothing that special about it.

Wow! That Hammond sounds great! That organ intro (sound) is what defines the Dan’s song. The original recording would be ever so slightly better with the Hammond song from this recording. Here Here!

Great cover! The lead and backing vocals are spot-on (especially the high notes!) and a neat little twist on the 'Only a Fool' line at 2:06 just before the solo. This bit of England is impressed, and charmed.

This band is tight. I'd go out of my way to see them and I've seen SD several times perform live. The lead vocals are as they would have been had Fagan been blessed with a sweeter voice.

As a huge fan of SD music and being a bass player myself I just want to give a hat's off to Kevin and the sound guy for making those lines pop! Better than the original to my ear!
